NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)

   The National Service Scheme (NSS) at DM College of Arts, Imphal empowers students to become socially responsible, compassionate and community-conscious individuals through active engagement, voluntary service and meaningful participation. With two dedicated NSS units and a passionate team of volunteers, NSS inspires students to contribute positively to society, cultivate ethical values, foster empathy, civic awareness, social accountability and a spirit of cooperation. Students in the 1st and 3rd semesters are allowed to enroll and participation provides practical experience, strengthens teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, leadership and communication abilities, enhances critical thinking and decision-making skills and cultivates a lifelong commitment to social service, community development, nation-building and the promotion of sustainable and inclusive growth.
